The Director's Message:
Welcome
to the Metro Toronto Skating Academy Summer School. It is my pleasure
to have the opportunity to skate with you this summer. My goal is to pass
on the passion and joy that I have for skating to all skaters as my passion
for the sport is larger than life! The knowledge and experiences I have
gained since 1993 through coaching all levels of skating to all ages in
Skate Canada Clubs and independent schools all across Canada will be a
great asset to your skater's career in each program offered.
I discovered coaching at a young age, not knowing this would be my career
for the rest of my life. The Academy teaches passion, dedication, strong
skating knowledge and work ethics in a fun and friendly skating environment.
The skills and experiences the skaters will learn from the Academy will
stay with them for the rest of each skater's life!
