Figure Skating Program
Skating in test or competitive disciplines that are current with
Skate Canada guidelines. Group lessons will be one stroking session/day
and one specialty group lesson/day, focusing on spins, jumps, field
movements and footwork. Private lessons may continue during group
lesson, please arrange a coach of your choice and use your ice awareness.
Off-ice session will be available daily, times TBA. Test Day pending
Skate Canada Sanction.
Junior, Intermediate & Senior
Skaters must have passed Badge 7 or any one preliminary dance or
higher.
Off Ice Training
Includes warm up, stretching, dietary needs, and creativity. Offered
to both learn to skate and figure skating programs.

Learn to Skate Programs
Includes 15 min warm up, 30 minute group lesson, and 30 minutes
of skill and showcase practise. Private lessons may take place during
the warm up and cool down (extra cost for lesson only) All skaters
are encouraged to participate in the group program.
Pre Glider 3-4 years
4-1 ratio, 45 minute lesson, show practise and games.
Glider (5-10yrs), Pre & Teen Glider(11-16 yrs),
8-1 ratio, 45 minute lesson, show practise and games.
Hockey Glider
8-1 ratio, 45 minute lesson, full equipment, show practise and games.
Adult Glider
8-1 ratio, 45 minute lesson, show practise and games.
Glider Plus all ages
4-1 Ratio, For skaters who have badge 4 and are ready for an introduction
to figure skating. 1 hour of instruction. |
